Google the name of your institution and mental health support options and you should be directed to your institutions pathway to access free therapy.

Are you enrolled in a GP practice?

Call them and ask whether they have a HIP, aka Health Improvement Practitioner.

Booking with a HIP is completely free, you do not need to see a Dr or nurse first.

Visit your local HIP, or arrange a phone appointment.

You may like to work with them as they are usually trained mental health professionals OR you can ask them to help you find free therapy services in your local area.

Are you an employee?

Ask your employer about what options they have for mental health support? They may be using a different provider than the ones mentioned above that I am registered with.

Or, they may provide other forms of mental health support such as a well-being budget that you choose how you spend.
