Mental health resources
There are many people out there providing well-being support with the hope that no one feels alone in their pain. I have listed just a few of them below. It would be natural for you to try some of these avenues and not find any benefit. We are all such different, complex and unique human beings. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, keep trying. You are not going to get on with everyone. But every now and then you meet one person that changes your life.
Keep trying, there are so many people out there who have your best interest at heart and want to see you shine.
